GRIP is the Governed Runtime Intent Protocol — the part of the stack that lets one system hand work to another with the authority attached: what may be accessed, what may be spent, and what has to be proven before it counts as done.
It's a specification, published as a request for comments. Proposed rather than adopted, and open to argue with — the schemas, the registries, the chain verifier and the conformance vectors are all published, so you can check it instead of taking our word for it.
